6 DAY SAFARI AND ZANZIBAR
6 days safari and Zanzibar beach holiday on a Serengeti safari and Zanzibar holiday tour combine wildlife adventure, relaxation and romance in the famous Serengeti national park and the idyllic island of Zanzibar. On this 6-day Tanzania safari and Zanzibar package of summer vacation to #serengeti national park and Zanzibar beach, you will get up close with Africa’s incredible #wildlife and stroll through the stone town of Zanzibar while appreciating the amazing artworks at the local bazaars and markets
Day 1: Transfer from Arusha to Serengeti.
On arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport or from your hotel, you will be transferred by your driver/guide to Serengeti National park the epicentre of the great wildebeest migration. On arrival, you will straight away start your game viewing sessions as you head to your lodge for check-in. You will again go for an afternoon game drive and finally retire to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Full day Serengeti game drive
Today is without question one of the highlights of your safari. After a rich breakfast, you will start your adventure a little earlier than usual. During a full day game drive, you will experience the Serengeti in its full glory today!
The Serengeti is one of Africa’s most complex and intact ecosystems. Therefore, you can look forward to countless plant species like the characteristic umbrella acacias and millions of mammals like zebras, elephants and antelopes. The Serengeti is also home to the “Big 5” (elephant, rhino, buffalo, lion and leopard). In the evening you will return to your lodge where you will have a delicious dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Flight from Serengeti to Zanzibar Island
After breakfast, you will check out of the lodge and drive to Seronera Airstrip or the closest airstrip to catch your flight to the Island of Zanzibar. On arrival at Zanzibar Airport, you will be met by our representative who will transfer you to your hotel for dinner and overnight though you may decide to engage in an activity before checking in.
Day 4 & 5: Full day Zanzibar Beach
You will spend these two days at your beach hotel relaxing. You may choose from the various water sports and activities available or go for a sunset Dhow Cruise on one of the afternoons.
Day End of safari holiday and departure.
Today depending on the schedule of your outbound flight, you will wake up at leisure, enjoy your breakfast at Zanzibar Island hotel and relax in your room or beach line until its check out time. You will then be transferred to the Zanzibar Airport for your flight back home.
